Please send art to use BEFORE you place an order... NOT all art will work, we will let you know if it can be made and provide file name if it can be made.... Again**** DO NOT ORDER **** before you sending ART if you want art, emoji's, custom font or something special added. We DO NOT DO PHOTOGRAPHS on patches, they are to detailed for the size of patches we offer.

Photographs or images similar to photos will not embroider. Those are too detailed for small patches. For photographs, we suggest a 8 inch tall by at least 8 inch wide patch or bigger. Contact us if for pricing.

Only order first if it is ONLY text being added to the patch.

PERSONALIZATION INSTRUCTIONS:

When ordering multiple patches with different text on each patch... DO NOT put all the different personalized text in the perosonalization box and then add a note one per patch.

WE WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR ORDER OR REFUND YOUR MONEY if you receive 3 patches that all have RANDY MICHAEL LEE on them.

select the patch size or color (depending on the listing) with backing type. Next, Choose the CORRECT thread color you want your text to be, put the text you want on the patch, select your quantity you want for the patch with that specific text... add to cart.

Once you have added a item to your cart, you can choose to continue to shop... Then go back to the link and repeat the process for each different name tape you want!

When you are done and are ready to check out, continue to your cart and proceed to checkout. :)

Please note, when you are selecting the fabric color you are given the option of hook/hook fastener or sew on, this is the type backing used on patch... either you select hook fastener for the hard side only of velcro or choose sew on if you plan to sew the patch onto a garment. Also, please note, we DO NOT offer the soft fuzzy loop side of velcro.

NOTE TO CUSTOMER: we use a standard block font unless you special request a different font. If the requested font will work on the size of patch you ordered, we will use it, but only if it will work and it is legible... If it is not legible, and it DOES NOT look good, we will NOT use the custom font.

Please note: We use all caps on our patches unless you make a special request to use upper and lower case.

Our patches are NOT 100% embroidered unless we specify this. If we email you and tell you that your patch design is 100% embroidered, then it will be. Our prices do not reflect a fully embroidered patch. Please keep that in mind

ALSO please note, our hook fastener (velcro) comes in only one color, black... we do not offer coyote, od green white or any other color. When you select coyote hook, you are selecting the fabric with hook fastener.


We only offer the hard side of the hook fasteners, we do not carry nor offer the soft fuzzy loop side. Made on rip stop fabric with polyneon thread.

If you order a MUTLICAM patch or a digital CAMO PRINTED patch, please understand the camo print will NOT be visible due to the size of the patch. We will NOT refund your money if you are unhappy with the digital print location or visibility.

Please note, we do not have control over what pattern is used or how much color shows up on multcam patches, this is due to the nature of the pattern and how our machine runs. We do not and will not hunt a location down to make sure your patch looks like it has more than one color showing up on it.

Please do not emailing us, asking how your order is coming along. We get around 100 orders per day and do not have time to go looking for your order.

NOTE to buyer: Our sew on patches are heavy duty, and rugged, you will need a machine to sew it on, hand stitching will be nearly impossible. Our patches have been referred to as armor plating due to their thickness and toughness.

Please NOTE: The thread and fabric chart shows what we have in house, available on hand. The circles on the chart are filled with images of actual thread, while the rectangles on the far right are filled with images of the fabric we have. If you are not sure, please contact us before you finalize your order. We are not responsible if you choose incorrectly.

When submitting the order, in the comments and special request, please submit the name (correct spelling) you would like on the name tape. We also offer various thread colors, if you would like a different color than the thread options offered please don't hesitate to ask.

Text The the patches with black borders are: White, grey, od green, and black fabrics. The navy fabric and the NWU fabric have navy borders, Coyote (dark tan) and woodland digital fabric get the brown borders and the multicam fabric get od green borders.

When payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent ASAP. Monday through Friday. We will answer Etsy messages on the weekends, but We do not work on the weekends. Please allow up to two weeks to full fill orders, especially during peak seasons.

Due to the natures of this listing we do not give refunds, however should you have an issue with your order, we will happily make modifications and work with you to obtain the up most customer satisfaction.

Please note, once your item has been shipped, I have no control over it. I cannot reroute it or tell you what the post office is doing with it and why it isn't showing up on the tracking info. Please make sure you have the correct address listed on your account, we cannot change this once the shipping label has been purchased and printed.

Any orders canceled are subject to a materials/stocking fee. If you order has already been made, especially custom orders, you will be charged a materials fee.Please note fabric and/or thread colors may be lighter or darker than depicted in computer renderings. Digital mockups are just that, a digital "mockup", they are not sewn out proofs, please do not expect the physical items to be as PRISTINE as the mockups. The physical items will look slightly different due to the size of the needle and the width of the thread.If you insist on Canceling a order, there will be a fee for canceling, if you insist on canceling after your order has been made and is ready to ship, we will retain a restocking fee for materials used, for time and labor.
