***Text with more than nine letters or nine numbers per line will NOT work well on this size patch. Phone numbers do not work well on this size patch. They will not embroider on this size patch, especially if you insist on using dashes or punctuation. DON"T be stupid and think it will look nice if you order this size patch and a lot of text.

Please send art to use BEFORE you place an order... NOT all art will work.... Again... DO NOT ORDER before you send art if you want art, emoji's, custom font or something special added. Only order first if it is ONLY text being added to the patch. PLEASE NOTE no more than 2 characters on this size patch, this means no more than two letters or two numbers or one of each. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please note, when you are selecting the fabric color you are given the option of hook/hook fastener or sew on, this is the type backing used on patch... either you select hook fastener for the hard side only of velcro or choose sew on if you plan to sew the patch onto a garment. Also, please note, we DO NOT offer the soft fuzzy loop side of velcro.

Our navy fabric is very dark, almost a black color and our navy thread is a brighter more lustrous color. They will not match exactly, sadly we do don't have control over this, if you want them to be the exact same color, please do not order the navy patches.

NOTE TO CUSTOMER: we use a standard block font unless you special request a different font. If the requested font will work on the size of patch you ordered, we will use it, but only if it will work and it is legible... If it is not legible, and it DOES NOT look good, we will NOT use the custom font.

Please note: We use all caps on our patches unless you make a special request to use upper and lower case.

Our patches are NOT 100% embroidered unless we specify this. If we email you and tell you that your patch design is 100% embroidered, then it will be. Our prices do not reflect a fully embroidered patch. Please keep that in mind

ALSO please note, our hook fastener (velcro) comes in only one color, black... we do not offer coyote, od green white or any other color. When you select coyote hook, you are selecting the fabric with hook fastener.


We only offer the hard side of the hook fasteners, we do not carry nor offer the soft fuzzy loop side. Please note these are really small patches, only one inch by one inch... if you are not sure how big that is, please take a ruler, mark off a 1 inch square area and cut it out... this will give a physical idea of how small this patch is. Due to the size of the patch, we only offer 2 characters per patch, please contact us if you are wanting more text, numbers or you want art on the patch.

If ordering a custom design patch with your art, email us the art before you place the order. Some art will not embroider, especially on smaller size patches.

Select one or multiples patches available: Your choice of Black, Coyote, MultiCam, Navy NWU or OD Green fabric. Please note the coyote fabric is not a light tan but a dark tan fabric and our camo prints will not show up on a 1x1 inch size patch due to the size of the patch in contrast to the pattern layout. We will NOT refund your money if the print does not show up, or is as visible as you would like. This is for any size patch, but more so for the 1x1 inch size patch.

Made with polyneon thread. Please note our coyote fabric is darker than the military tan uniforms. This color is between the coyote brown and the military coyote tan uniforms.

NOTE to buyer: Our sew on patches are heavy duty, and rugged, you will need a machine to sew it on, hand stitching will be nearly impossible. Our patches have been referred to as armor plating due to their thickness and toughness.

Please NOTE: The thread and fabric chart shows what we have in house, available on hand. The circles on the chart are filled with images of actual thread, while the rectangles on the far right are filled with images of the fabric we have. If you are not sure, please contact us before you finalize your order. We are not responsible if you choose incorrectly.

Design your own custom patch with your choice of text, art work or a combination of both.

When submitting the order, in the comments section please provide special request or instructions. For art work, please attach image requested to be designed. The artist will be in touch with you if the art is not doable. Before we go to production, we will message you with the proof for pre-production approval.

We also offer various thread colors, if you would like a different color than shown please don't hesitate to ask.

Etsy only allows us two options/variations for our listings. If you see or want fabric or thread colors not listed please don't hesitate to ask. We are flexible and would love to assist you in any way we can!

When payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent ASAP. Monday through Friday. We will answer Etsy messages on the weekends, but We do not work on the weekends. Please allow up to two weeks to full fill orders, especially during peak seasons.

We will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding embroidery or digitizing, so please ask.

Due to the natures of this listing we do not give refunds, however should you have an issue with your order, we will happily make modifications and work with you to obtain the up most customer satisfaction.

Please note, once your item has been shipped, I have no control over it. I cannot reroute it or tell you what the post office is doing with it and why it isn't showing up on the tracking info. Please make sure you have the correct address listed on your account, we cannot change this once the shipping label has been purchased and printed.

Any orders canceled are subject to a materials/stocking fee. If you order has already been made, especially custom orders, you will be charged a materials fee.Please note fabric and/or thread colors may be lighter or darker than depicted in computer renderings. Digital mockups are just that, a digital "mockup", they are not sewn out proofs, please do not expect the physical items to be as PRISTINE as the mockups. The physical items will look slightly different due to the size of the needle and the width of the thread.If you insist on Canceling a order, there will be a fee for canceling, if you insist on canceling after your order has been made and is ready to ship, we will retain a restocking fee for materials used, for time and labor.
