We only offer the hard side of the hook fasteners, we do NOT carry nor offer the soft fuzzy loop side.

If ordering a custom design patch with your art, EMAIL us the art before you place the order. Some art will NOT embroider, especially on smaller size patches.

The the patches with black borders are: White, grey, od green, and black fabrics. The navy fabric and the NWU fabric have navy borders, Coyote (dark tan) and woodland digital fabric get the brown borders and the multicam fabric get od green borders.

Please take NOTE: The black border will look grey due to the computer emulator trying to put the natural highlight created by light reflecting on it.Personalization instructions:

Please note, DO NOT include information in the text box you don't want on the patch. We will not proof your personalization info and edit out what you may or may not want. For special instructions, at checkout, you are given an option to send notes to the seller, please put the special request in there. Again, we will note remove quotes from your text if you put quotes in the personalization box around your text... we will NOT remove special request to have your text a certain color... but you WILL receive a patch with all of the info and we will NOT be responsible or fix it for free.

Custom Embroidery Service

PLEASE submit an image for a quote BEFORE purchasing this listing. DO NOT PURCHASE until we give a link to purchase from. When sending us art, please provide us the size you need the art embroidered, thread colors, type of material you will be using, embroidery format and any other instructions.

Custom embroidered patches, created for you with your image. We deliver consistently high-quality work with A1 customer service. Please contact us before purchasing, we would like to talk to you first to get a more detailed idea of what you would like.

Questions we ask:

Size and dimensions of embroidery.
Type of fabric you would like it on.
Thread colors you would like used.
How soon do you need it.
If it is a morale patch, sew on or hook fastener.
if on clothing, appliqué design? or embroidery design?

We will let you know if the design is do-able, if it isn't and make suggestions.

What to expect:
Once the design decision has been made, we will create a custom order for you to purchase. Once payment is made we will work creating your design and sending you a proof before we stitch the design out. Once you have approved the design, we will process your order and send it as soon as possible.

When payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent ASAP. Monday through Friday. We will answer Etsy messages on the weekends, but We do not work on the weekends. Please allow up to two weeks to full fill orders, especially during peak seasons.

We will be happy to answer any questions you might have regarding embroidery or digitizing, so please ask.

Due to the natures of this listing we do not give refunds, however should you have an issue with your order, we will happily make modifications and work with you to obtain the up most customer satisfaction.

Due to past scams we do not reimburse customers or replace orders for items lost in the mail. We will, however, help work with you and the USPS to track your orders down.We charge extra for special ordering thread colors and fabrics. If we do not have them listed then it is a custom order and we have to charge for the cost of the custom fabric and custom thread colors. Sorry for any inconvenience.Please note, we DO NOT have the soft loop fuzzy side of the hook and loop backing (velcro), this cost us extra to purchase and would add more to the item.

Any orders canceled are subject to a materials/stocking fee. If you order has already been made, especially custom orders, you will be charged a materials fee.Please note fabric and/or thread colors may be lighter or darker than depicted in computer renderings. Digital mockups are just that, a digital "mockup", they are not sewn out proofs, please do not expect the physical items to be as PRISTINE as the mockups. The physical items will look slightly different due to the size of the needle and the width of the thread.If you insist on Canceling a order, there will be a fee for canceling, if you insist on canceling after your order has been made and is ready to ship, we will retain a restocking fee for materials used, for time and labor.
