Please note, when you are selecting the fabric color the design is as shown in the picture, below are details for each option. Also, please note, we DO NOT offer the soft fuzzy loop side of velcro on the hook side.

*Black patch comes with white and red and a black finished edge trim. Please note, the black edge trim will look grey on the monitor, but it is actually black.
*White patch comes with black and red and a black finished edge trim. Please note, again, the black edge trim looks grey, but it is actually black.
*Charcoal Grey patch comes with white and red and a black finished edge trim.
*Od Green patch comes with od green and black and a black finished edge trim.
*Mulitcam patch comes with od green and black and a od green finished edge trim.
*Woodland Digital patch comes with Brown and dark tan and a brown finished edge trim.
*Coyote (dar tan fabric) patch comes with brown and dark tan and a brown finished edge trim.
*Navy patch comes with silver and red and a navy finished edge trim.
*Navy NWU digital patch comes with silver and red and a navy finished edge trim.

Our navy fabric is very dark, almost a black color and our navy thread is a brighter more lustrous color, it may look like a royal blue bit it is dark than our royal blue. They will not match exactly, sadly we do don't have control over this, if you want them to be the exact same color, please do not order the navy patches.

Our patches are NOT 100% embroidered unless we specify this. If we email you and tell you that your patch design is 100% embroidered, then it will be. Our prices do not reflect a fully embroidered patch. Please keep that in mind.

ALSO please note, our hook fastener (velcro) comes in only one color, black... we do not offer coyote, od green white or any other color. When you select coyote hook, you are selecting the fabric with hook fastener.

Again, we only offer the hard side of the hook fasteners, we do NOT carry nor offer the soft fuzzy loop side.

The patches with black borders are: White, grey, od green, and black fabrics. The navy fabric and the NWU fabric have navy borders, Coyote (dark tan) and woodland digital fabric get the brown borders and the multicam fabric get od green borders.

**Please take NOTE: The black border will look grey due to the computer emulator trying to put the natural highlight created by light reflecting on it.Personalization instructions:

Made with polyneon thread. Please note our coyote fabric is darker than the military tan uniforms. This color is between the coyote brown and the military coyote tan uniforms.

If you choose to order a multicam patch or a digital camo patch, please understand the CAMO print will NOT ALWAYS be VISIBLE due to the size of the patch. We will NOT refund your money if you are unhappy with the digital print location or visibility.

IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE LISTING, it is YOUR responsibility to ask us the question. We will NOT contact you when you order to see if you have any questions.

When payment has been received, your order will be processed and sent ASAP. Monday through Friday. We will answer Etsy messages on the weekends, but We do not work on the weekends. Please allow up to two weeks to full fill orders, especially during peak seasons.

Due to the natures of this listing we do not give refunds, however should you have an issue with your order, we will happily make modifications and work with you to obtain the up most customer satisfaction.

Please note, once your item has been shipped, I have no control over it. I cannot reroute it or tell you what the post office is doing with it and why it isn't showing up on the tracking info. Please make sure you have the correct address listed on your account, we cannot change this once the shipping label has been purchased and printed.

Any orders canceled are subject to a materials/stocking fee. If you order has already been made, especially custom orders, you will be charged a materials fee.Please note fabric and/or thread colors may be lighter or darker than depicted in computer renderings. Digital mockups are just that, a digital "mockup", they are not sewn out proofs, please do not expect the physical items to be as PRISTINE as the mockups. The physical items will look slightly different due to the size of the needle and the width of the thread.If you insist on Canceling a order, there will be a fee for canceling, if you insist on canceling after your order has been made and is ready to ship, we will retain a restocking fee for materials used, for time and labor.
